Instead of resetting the whole Factions world, should we move the Factions spawn?

If we were to reset the Factions world, everything would be reset, including items. However, if the spawn was moved then this would mean items would be retained, and existing bases. It would also mean horses would be accessible. But, due to horses not teleporting to you like dogs do, this would require you to move your current existing Faction base to keep the horse there.

(Gee, if you want to edit this post to add/change anything, feel free)
