Should swearing be allowed in chat?

I was wondering, should swearing be allowed in chat? Caps would be banned, so people can't spam, but swear words, and any other explicit words to be allowed? I don't know - You choose.

1.) cancer is not a bad word I don't know who told you that 2.) I think that (cunt,pussy,nigger) should be avoided because those are offending to some people. 3.) The reason I want to allow swearing is because if sometimes like he said "fuck a creeper blew me up" or "shit i feel into lava" are perfectly fine and I almost say those in chat everyday.
