I belive the fac base of GodsOfPvP isn't legit as it is above the top layer of Bedrock in the nether GodsOfPvP fac base C:\Users\home\AppData\Roaming\

Being above bedrock in the Nether is not against the rules. There's a glitch you can use to get up there.

One of the Owner or Members of the faction is a donator. He can use
/top to get there, or /jump.

The way it is possible for me to get above the top layer of bedrock above the nether is by tpaing somebody over lava in the nether and they will automatically be teleported above the top layer of bedrock, therefore the base IS legit

To be honest, I wouldn't say it's legit. But, I'm going to allow it, if there is any changes in this rule, I let you know.
