Hello Stan, I am applying for a un-ban because I am one of your most dedicated players and I am truly sorry. Also I have done a lot for your server like donate, get on dedicated players, and play a lot myself. I know most people like that I'm banned, because I killed them a lot, but I am truly sorry for what I did. I hope that you will consider unbanning me.

You're appealing your ban, not apply.

But, you need to follow the format, then you have a chance of a successful appeal.
